First good test with new sail, fin and board.

Again it was bloody cold, my feet were killing me. Time for new warm boots.

It was very, very gusty. Most of the time the wind was enough to get in planee, and you have to be very lucky to have a gust during a run. 1 time I had that luck.

Sail is performing very well. Much more power than my previous 2011 7.9 Vapor. This 7.9 is low wind orientated.

Fin is OK. On a square course and especially downwind the fin feels great. For upwind I have to test it more. It feels a bit slippery on the upwind, which I did not expected.

And the board. what a difference in feeling with my previous Tabou Manta's. It took some tuning, before all felt well. I have to put the boom lower, than with my Manta's, and the masttrack more to the front. The board rides higher on the water and with my standard high boomsetting my front foot wanted to go out the strap.

Again a session, with snow on the land
