With the coming of March spring arrived with some 13 degree days and then winter returned with snow and freezing weather :( I worked last night and the shift finished early so I was up at 10 and decided to go windsurfing, I am still not up to the open sea so went to Levington again. It was reading 20 mph + so rigged 8.5 and with the tide still coming in I had loads of water. I beat to the bay and then reached back to Levington creek getting my fastest speed. I had a beat up past Pin Mill about 3 miles but the wind was gusty because of the trees :( At high tide the wind freshened but it chopped up really bad and I was struggling with my arms - must have pulled something last night chucking sandbags on the truck !!! never going to be fit for the Round Hayling Race - might give it a miss - way too early in the year !!! Am now feed - up with the cold and crap windsurfing !!!
