Today was forecast for a great SW front arriving mid morning. It was a complete fizzer with bearly 15 knots and it was high tide so I went to town to do some jobs. I noticed the wind kick in at about 3.15pm but had to finish my job before I could get back to the inlet. Got back at about 5pm and rigged while other sailors told me it was dying and I had missed it! crying

Rigged 5.8m Koncept anyhow and found it was not too bad. I would almost certainly have been better on the 6.2m but it was OK so I went for an hour and a few Alphas during the hour.

Pretty pleased with the double Alpha Nautical Mile! It looks like almost a perfect figure 8!

It was good fun but as I finished the hour the wind was dying so I packed up.
